the staff were REALLY helpful.

the shower head was BROKEN, and water sprayed everywhere. i told the front desk, but NOTHING happened . it was quite frustrating.

i found the location very convenient, just a block from plaza de mayo. major attractions were easily within walking distance. the staff helped with luggage transport. a receptionist was especially supportive and helpful , so i extended it for three nights. the price was also unbeatable.

The beds felt quite soft and old. I prefer something firmer.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

inconsistent hot waterloud corridor

The hot water was inconsistent. It took a long time to get hot. Our room lacked furniture on the balcony. I heard noise in the corridor and it was quite loud in our room, disturbing my sleep. These issues detracted from an otherwise decent experience.
